Dee's Picks

     Here, I will go through each ending of Chrono Cross and give my review on them.  Major spoilers for those who didn't do the extra endings.  I never got around to doing the last four, but once I do, I'll review those.

     I realized the endings correspond to where you last left off in the game, so it makes a lot of sense when you see them.

Bad Ending

This ending is not worth your time.  It sucks, it sucks, and on top of that, it doesn't make any sense.  You have to use the Chrono Cross to get the good ending.  This is just credits.

Good Ending

Now this is what I call an ending.  It sums up everything.  Why, I even thought it was sorta depressing, the fact that Kid (Schala) searches desperately to meet Serge again, and Serge was supposed to forget everything that happened.  *sniff*, I need a tissue!

Programmer's Hideout

This is cool!  It's not that hard to get to this ending, and it's really interactive.  Go try it.

All Hail, General Kid!

This one isn't all that interesting.  Serge returns back to Arni, and Leena and him are a couple.  Kid goes to Viper Manor and becomes the leader of the Acacia Dragoons.  *yawn*

Comedy Act

Oh, man, this ending is a must see!  Serge works at Lisa's shop in Termina, and Leena come into the shop.  Lisa insults Leena about the recent beauty contest and Leena walks off.  Then, Kid comes in and Lisa insults her away.  

The scene changes and you see Pierre with Solt and Peppor going into the Dragon's Fort.  Once they reach the summit, Pierre claims he has the 'squirts' and can't go on anymore.  The screen turns black and the words, "The three of them were never heard of again" are shown.

Nikki's Concert

This one is cute.  It's a concert of Nikki and Razzly, and Razzly is the mascot, Kid sings, and Serge plays a drum.

Retirement

This is sort of boring, I wouldn't really recommend it.  Harle and Lynx are now living in Marbule, but Lynx hopes to turn back into Serge.

Just Give Up

This ending is OK.  General Viper leads the military, Norris is still the cook, but he instead helped Kid by giving her the Hydra Humor to get rid of her poison (I think).  What's the connection between him and Kid?  Then you see Serge (as Lynx) and Harle talking in Marbule when all of a sudden Kid barges in with her dagger.  She threatens to kill Lynx (not knowing it's Serge).  Then the screen fades.
