     You learn a very important lesson from Funguy:  Never eat poison mushrooms that were given from a complete stranger.  There he is, in Shadow Forest, still quite human, until Serge comes along and gives him a mushroom.  Funguy ate the mushroom.  Did he even know what's in it?  Noooooo.  And he turned into a humanoid mushroom.  He should've learned a lesson there.
